The Shane Ohlen Memorial Cup is awarded by North Wellington AFC to the Most Improved Player of the Men's Social team (Capital 14 Sinners - 2009) each season.

The Shane Ohlen Memorial Cup is kept at the Clubrooms, 50 Phillip Street, Johnsonville, Wellington.
It is named after Shane Ohlen, a former Committee member (2003, elected at November AGM but did not attend a meeting) of North Wellington AFC.
Shane was a member of the 'Sinners' team and this trophy is awarded to this team.
Shane died in February 2005, aged 21 years, in a 'Unimog' vehicle road accident in Central Otago while serving with the New Zealand Army.
It was awarded to the Sinners team (Capital 10 in 2005-06, Capital 9 in 2007, Capital 12 in 2008 & Capital 14 in 2009)
